I would like to inform all our club members of the Annual General Meeting of St Patrick’s A.C. that will be held on Friday 25th July 2014 at 18:30 hours at our club house.
As per amendments to the club’s statute that were agreed by the club’s members who were present for last year’s Annual General Meeting, this year both the club’s Vice President Barry M. Whitmore and Treasurer Konrad Borg Myatt are to stand down with these two posts being up for re-election. Also standing down will be committee member Joseph Zerafa and the undersigned, who for family reasons, will be vacating the post of Secretary. This means that there will be a total of 4 committee places up for election.
Those members who would like to stand for election to the committee are to notify me in writing by not later than the 18th July. Notifications can also be sent to me by email.
Please note that those of you who wish to be elected to Committee must be fully paid up members and must also be proposed by a fully paid up member.
